Brazil recognizes the importance of IAPESGW as an international institution with a long-standing history dedicated to promoting and strengthening women’s participation in Physical Education, sport, physical activity, and dance.
This recognition was reaffirmed during the Forum held in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil, in September 2026. On this occasion, IAPESGW President, Prof. Dr. Maria Luisa M. Guinto, was honored in recognition of her leadership and her contribution to strengthening the institution and its international presence.
