IAPESGW Congress start rescheduled Nov 6!

The 20th IAPESGW Congress in Cebu, Philippines has started! Due to the devastative Typhon directly through CEBU on Nov 4, the programme had to be rescheduled and will start with the Opening on November 6th. Please have a look at the updated schedule.
